Neapolitan pizza, reinvented.
Our roots lie with the original Neapolitan (Naples) pizza - that's juicy & tasty in the middle, with a puffy and charred crust.
BUT, the original recipe is pretty old these days (like 135 years give or take), so we thought we might just make a few tweaks here and there!!
But don't worry - same dough (fermented for a minimum of 24hrs for that tasty, light and fluffy crust that won't make you bloat), same quality ingredients, same flavours - just cooked for a little longer at a slightly lower temperature.

ABOUT US
The O.G Pizza is us getting back to our roots.
We were slinging pizzas out of a food truck back when Neapolitan pizza was barely a thing on the Sunshine Coast. We took a humble food truck and created arguably one of the most popular pizzerias in town.
Fast forward to now, and having said farewell to our original venture - we bring you The O.G!! Rightly named as both a nod to the origins of pizza itself (being from Naples) as well as our contribution towards bringing the Neapolitan pizza movement to the Coast.

The O.G is a more stripped-back vibe. No frills, no fuss —same fermented dough and quality ingredients, just a little more casual and easy on the wallet. Especially with BYO, Kids Eat Free and some other bundles to help out our fellow locals.
